These terms explain the relationship between Sapphire Realm (“PWN”) and readers/advisors who offer paid voice or text sessions through the PWN platform. Please read them before applying, accepting sessions, or using the Reader Dashboard.
The reader receives 60% of eligible paid session charges actually collected by PWN.
PWN retains 40% and pays ordinary payment-card processing fees from PWN’s share.
PWN and the reader intend to create an independent-contractor relationship, not an employer-employee relationship. Readers are not hired as PWN employees and are not entitled to employee wages, overtime, unemployment benefits, workers’ compensation benefits, paid leave, retirement benefits, health insurance, or other employee benefits from PWN, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
The reader is not authorized to make contracts, promises, guarantees, representations, or commitments on behalf of PWN. Nothing in these terms creates a partnership, joint venture, franchise, fiduciary relationship, or agency relationship.
The legal classification of any working relationship is determined by applicable law and the actual facts of the relationship, not merely by the title used in this agreement.
Readers control their own working schedule and may choose when to log in, log out, or make themselves available, subject to platform functionality and these terms. Readers may set their own permitted talk and text rates through the Reader Dashboard and may change those rates as allowed by the platform.
PWN does not guarantee any minimum number of calls, messages, customers, hours, bookings, or amount of earnings.
For each eligible paid session charge actually collected by PWN, the reader receives 60% and PWN retains 40%.
Reader earnings may first appear as pending while the customer payment clears and the session is verified. PWN may use a normal clearing or holding period of up to three days before funds become available for payout, unless a payment dispute, fraud review, bank delay, legal requirement, or other risk issue requires additional time.
Available payout methods, payout timing, and any minimum payout requirement will be shown in the Reader Dashboard. Readers are responsible for keeping payout information accurate and for any fees charged by their own bank or payout provider.
If a customer payment is reversed, refunded, charged back, determined fraudulent, or otherwise not finally collected, PWN may place the related reader earnings on hold or make a reasonable adjustment to pending or future amounts. PWN may review session records, connection information, message history, and other relevant evidence before resolving a dispute.
PWN will not knowingly withhold undisputed cleared reader earnings without a legitimate platform, payment, legal, fraud, or compliance reason.
Readers are responsible for their own federal, state, local, and other taxes arising from their reader earnings, as well as their own business expenses. PWN does not provide personal tax advice and generally does not withhold payroll taxes for a properly classified independent contractor unless required by law.
PWN or its payment provider may request tax documentation and may issue tax forms or reports when required by law.
Readers must treat customers respectfully and professionally. Harassment, threats, discrimination, intimidation, sexual misconduct, abusive language, coercion, fraud, deception, or pressure-based sales tactics are prohibited.
Readers may offer spiritual, intuitive, metaphysical, or personal-insight services, but must not present themselves as licensed professionals unless they genuinely hold the required credential and PWN has approved that representation.
PWN readings are not a substitute for licensed medical, mental-health, legal, financial, emergency, or crisis services. Readers must not diagnose, treat, cure, or claim to cure a medical or mental-health condition; tell a customer to stop prescribed treatment; guarantee a legal or financial outcome; or interfere with emergency services.
Readers must not guarantee supernatural results, use fear to pressure a customer into additional purchases, or make statements designed to create dependency on the reader.
Customer privacy is mandatory. Readers may not sell, expose, misuse, or unnecessarily retain customer personal information. Readers must not request full payment-card details, bank credentials, Social Security numbers, passwords, or other highly sensitive information.
Readers may not solicit customers to move payment or paid reading activity outside PWN, exchange personal phone numbers or private contact details for off-platform business, or direct a customer to pay the reader privately in order to avoid the platform.
To protect customers, readers, and PWN, platform communications may be monitored and limited portions may be recorded or reviewed for safety, quality, fraud prevention, billing verification, dispute handling, and policy compliance, subject to legally required notice and consent.
PWN may issue a compliance warning and may disconnect a session for a repeated violation. Serious misconduct, fraud, threats, illegal activity, payment circumvention, or safety concerns may result in immediate suspension or termination without a prior warning where appropriate.
Readers are responsible for the truthfulness of their profile, photo, credentials, specialties, biography, pricing, and service descriptions. A reader may not impersonate another person, use a misleading identity, make false credential claims, or upload content they do not have the right to use.
By uploading profile material, the reader grants PWN a non-exclusive permission to display and use that material for the reader’s PWN profile, directory listing, platform operation, and reasonable promotion of the reader’s services while the account is active.
PWN may perform maintenance, respond to outages, block suspicious transactions, pause features, or temporarily suspend calling, texting, payments, or payouts for security, legal, operational, or technical reasons. PWN does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform.
A reader may stop using the platform at any time. PWN may suspend or terminate a reader account for violation of these terms, customer safety concerns, fraud, legal risk, payment circumvention, repeated complaints supported by evidence, or misuse of the platform.
Termination does not erase legitimate payment obligations. Undisputed cleared earnings remain subject to normal payout processing, lawful offsets, refunds, chargebacks, fraud review, and other obligations described in these terms.
PWN may update these terms as the platform, payment systems, laws, or services change. Material changes should be communicated through the website, Reader Dashboard, account notice, or other reasonable method. Continued use after an effective update may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
By submitting a reader application, checking an agreement box, accepting these terms electronically, or continuing to provide paid reading services through PWN after acceptance, the reader confirms that they have read and understood these Reader / Advisor Terms & Compensation Standards and agree to follow them.
