If a technical failure or carrier drop interrupts your reading within the first 60 seconds, our automated audit engine voids the temporary authorization hold immediately.
2. Dissatisfaction Inquiries
If you do not feel an authentic spiritual connection with your advisor, please end the call within the first 2 minutes. We will review the verified session record and issue credit assistance toward another advisor.
3. How Inquiries Are Investigated
- We cross-reference the Twilio carrier connection logs against Stripe capture timestamps.
- Inquiries submitted within 48 hours are reviewed by our Council resolution desk within one business day.
- Approved refunds or billing adjustments are refunded directly to the original payment method through Stripe.
