Our Core Privacy Commitment
Sapphire Realm is engineered around strict privacy separation. Your personal phone number is never shared with advisors, raw payment card data is never stored on our servers, and private spiritual consultations remain confidential.
When you connect with an advisor through our Twilio voice gateway, your personal caller ID is shielded behind an encrypted communications proxy:
- Masked Lines: Advisors only receive an inbound bridge dispatch from the Sapphire Realm switchboard; they never see your cellular or landline number.
- Zero Audio Harvesting: Calls are not recorded or analyzed for commercial advertising or artificial intelligence training. Telecommunication telemetry is logged strictly for exact-second billing verification and line connection integrity.
- Counterparty Protection: To preserve advisor security and client confidentiality, personal contact details of counterparties are excluded from public dashboards and data exports.
All payment transactions and card-on-file vaults are handled through Stripe's certified PCI-DSS Level 1 infrastructure:
- No Card Data Stored on Platform: Sapphire Realm servers never receive, process, or store full 16-digit credit card numbers or CVV security codes.
- Safe Token References: Our database retains only safe display tokens provided by Stripe (e.g., card brand, last four digits, and expiration date) to confirm valid payment readiness before a reading starts.
- Encrypted Exact-Second Capture: Charges are settled automatically through encrypted API calls only when a session officially disconnects.
We collect only the essential information required to create your account and deliver live telecommunications services:
- Account Foundation: Name, verified email address, country, and encrypted login credentials.
- Telecommunication Logs: Session timestamps, call connection durations (measured in exact seconds), and carrier delivery state records.
- Advisor Records: Public display name, metaphysical specialties, bio text, forwarding phone lines, and payout destination references[cite: 1, 3, 4].
In accordance with the PWN Data Retention architecture (`class-pwn-data-retention.php`), we enforce automated data minimization schedules to prevent unnecessary data hoarding:
- 90-Day Auto-Purge: In-browser notifications, dispatch logs, and temporary delivery receipts are purged after 90 days.
- 180-Day Purge: Security event alerts, completed test payloads, and resolved operational logs are permanently purged after 180 days.
- Permanent Accounting Records: Financial ledgers, verified settlement records, tax receipts, and unresolved dispute evidence are retained as required by banking and legal compliance regulations.
Under our Privacy & Data Rights controller (`class-pwn-privacy-data-rights.php`), members have full agency over their personal information:
- Right to Access & Portability: You may request an inventory export of your personal profile and session history.
- Right to Correction: You can update your payment method, phone line, or login credentials at any time through your dashboard.
- Right to Deletion (Right to Be Forgotten): You may submit an account deletion request. Non-essential personal data will be erased from active systems, while essential transaction history is sealed under statutory accounting obligations.
We use essential session cookies to maintain your login status and store your Google Translate language selections across visits. We do not use intrusive third-party cross-site trackers or sell personal browsing profiles to data brokers.
