Advisors and readers featured on Sapphire Realm are independent metaphysical practitioners. They are not licensed medical physicians, psychiatrists, financial analysts, or attorneys-at-law.

No service, reading, Tarot interpretation, or intuitive guidance provided through this platform should ever be construed as or utilized in place of professional medical diagnoses, legal representation, or certified financial advice. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, suicidal ideation, or medical crisis, immediately contact emergency services (such as 911 or the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or your local medical provider.

All voice consultations are conducted over our certified telecommunications network and are subject to the following billing criteria:

• Exact-Second Capture: Consultations are metered to the exact second. Unlike traditional phone networks that round up to the next full minute, you are billed strictly for the precise duration connected with the advisor.
• Pre-Call Authorization Hold: When a phone session is initiated, a temporary pre-authorization hold is placed on your vaulted card via Stripe to verify funds availability. Upon call completion, Stripe captures only the exact seconds consumed, and all remaining held funds are released immediately.
• No Preloaded Balances Required: Users are not required to purchase upfront credit packs. Charges are settled automatically to the card on file at the conclusion of each consultation.

To protect both seekers and advisors, all calls are routed through an encrypted Twilio telecommunication bridge:

• Number Masking: Neither the caller nor the reader ever sees the other party's personal telephone number.
• Prohibition of Off-Platform Contact: Readers and customers may not solicit, provide, or exchange off-platform contact details (including personal phone numbers, external payment apps, or physical addresses) to circumvent network safety.
• No Unauthorized Recordings: Unauthorized third-party recording of private metaphysical consultations without mutual written disclosure is strictly prohibited under our carrier terms.

Readers, clairvoyants, mediums, and healers on the Council operate as independent contractor practitioners and are not direct employees of Sapphire Realm. Each reader sets their own per-minute rate and determines their spiritual focus areas[cite: 1, 3]. Sapphire Realm provides the technological infrastructure, billing security, and telecommunications routing connecting the parties.

If a consultation is disrupted by carrier connection failure or line degradation, your session is covered under our Billing Standards & Dispute Resolution Desk. Inquiries submitted within 48 hours are verified against Twilio line telemetry and Stripe capture records for prompt resolution.

Sapphire Realm maintains zero tolerance for harassment, hate speech, abusive language, threatening behavior, or extortion directed toward advisors, customers, or platform staff. Violations result in permanent termination of network access and forfeiture of platform services.
